North Korea Releases Rocket Launch Video

North Korea has released video of their recent rocket launch (Berman Post: North Korea Fires Missile). The rocket did not have a bulb shape on the top as some saying that it was a satellite launch had claimed to see in the picture. That does not necessarily mean that there was no satellite, but would suggest a rather simple satellite or no satellite. As in, it very likely was just a rocket test using the cover of a satellite launch. Most of the world is in agreement now that the test was a failure and the rocket did not reach orbit. North Korea still claims it was a success.

One final note, the video is the official North Koran clip. With no independent verification, it is hard to say how legitimate the video is.
