Obama Snubs Carla Bruni?

Did Obama snub France's First Lady Carla Bruni? Looks like a mighty chilling reception. She apparently went in for the traditional kiss on the cheek. Obama flinched away and the two settled on a handshake. I think this was more of an accidental awkward moment then a snub.
