Sotomayor Repeatedly Made 'Wise Latino Woman' Statements

I think this really puts the nail in the coffin of the notion that Sotomayor 'misspoke' when making a statement that indicated she belied a Latino women would make a better decision then a White male. The question now becomes if she still thinks that is true (she has not issued any statements indicating her belief had changed), and if it should prevent her from being a Supreme Court Justice.

"Sotomayor delivered multiple speeches between 1994 and 2003 in which she suggested "a wise Latina woman" or "wise woman" judge might "reach a better conclusion" than a male judge."
