Obama's 'Evil Eye'

President Obama has a new look reserved for those that world leaders who's view differs from his. Drudge has used the term "evil eye" to describe the look. Netanyahu, Merkel, Berlusconi, Uribev and some White House reporter have all been on the reciving end of the look.
