Coleman Concedes, Franken Wins Senate Seat, Democratic Super Majority

Al Franken is now officially the victor in the Minnesota senate race. Coleman has conceded and Franken has given his victory speech (see links below). His victory means that Democrats now have 60 seats in the senate; the magic number referred to as a filibuster proof "Super Majority". If the Democrats can keep all of their people in line then they can pass anything they want and the Republicans have no ability to stop them.
