Obama Snubbed on Saudi Receiving Line?

The video clearly shows that Obama extended his hand to three people in a row who did not offer their hand back to shake. As http://hotair.com/archives/2009/06/03/video-obama-snubbed-on-saudi-receiving-line points out, it looks like they are his own people. It does not seem intentional as the three did not appear to see Obama extend his hand. Assuming they were his people, it would make sense that they would not be looking, not expecting their boss who they flew over with to great them.

So, snub or no snub? I say no snub, just a etiquette mistake on Obama's part which created an awkward moment.
