Six Year Boy Old Feared to be in an Out of Control Balloon Thousands of Feet Above Colorado

Update (3:44pm): The balloon has landed, and it appears to be empty. That is what is being reported on the cable channels as well. End of Update:

A six year old boy is feared to be in an out of control home made hot air balloon ten thousand feet above Colorado. Airspace around the balloon has been cleared. The biggest concern now is that he may hit some power-lines on the way down. It is also likely pretty cold for him if he does not have a coat, but hopefully not fatally so.
