The governor, a guest of former Mayor Willie Brown, said a few words of greeting and extolled the virtues of bipartisanship. But Democrats, unhappy with the governor in their midst, booed loudly.

Schwarzenegger smiled and left. But he was plotting his move."
Have to throw in that 'maybe' because until we get confirmation from an official in the know, and do not bother holding your breath for that, this could be a remarkable coincidence. I am leaning towards intentional, in part because no one has come forward an apologized for an 'unfortunate coincidence'.
