In the same way Reason TV reacted to Obama winning the Nobel Peace Prize (which could present a Constitutional problem for fear of potential manipulation), Cuffy Meigs opines what else he should win given the apparent standards that were used. As I said last time, you would think the joke would get old as the clip goes on, but it does not.
