Last week, Biden poked fun at Robers over the oath snafu (Berman Post: Biden Pokes Fun at Roberts, Obama Not Amused). Obama was visibly not amused. Now, Biden has apologized. This is according to a spokesman for Biden, Supreme Court official did not comment.
