Using the billion video views a day as a jump off point, YouTube is teaming up with the World Food Program to try put an end to world hunger.
Links in the video bring you to the World Food Program donation page where they give you some information about just how far your money will go. They say 25c will feed a child, $5 can nourish a baby for a year, and a list of a few other stats.
"Last week, we announced that YouTube serves over one billion video views per day. It's a pretty staggering number, right? That's also the number of people in the world who don't have enough food to eat. According to the UN World Food Program, for the first time in history, there are over 1 billion hungry people on Earth -- that's one in seven humans.
