Harry Reid scoffed at people complaining about the size of a bill. To a certain extent he is right, the size of the bill does not matter to a point. The complaint really is not the size of the bill. The complaint is that it is written in an incomprehensible way, likely on purpose. The complaint is also the intentional lack of time to let our representatives read it before voting, or the willing citizens to flag potential problematic passages.
