Obama is "Overwhelmed"

Trying to explain why Obama did not give a 'proper' welcome to Brown (Berman Post: Obama Snubs Brown), a staffer said that Obama is "overwhelmed" and "not getting enough rest". It may be honest, but it is hardly reassuring. It also does not really make any sense, but that is what is being reported.
