Obama to Stamp Bailout Programs

Obama has announced a new stamp to go on the Bailout / Stimulus / American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (or what ever else you want to call it). The stamp will signify that the specific program is a result of those funds. Generally something like this would be a non story to me. The money was a story, the projects may be a story, but the emblem identifying them is generally not a story. That said, I could not help noticing that this emblem is a giant "O" and doubt I am the only one.
