Obama Did Not Call on Major Garrett Because Fox Network Did Not Air Press Conference?

Fox New's Major Garrett said Obama not calling on him was retribution for Fox network not taking the White House Press Conference.

It might have cost their news network a question, but Fox network had more viewers then any of the other three major networks that all aired Obama's press conference (http://www.mediabistro.com/tvnewser/politics/lie_to_me_tops_obama_news_conference_115408.asp).
