Gibbs Confiscates A Cell Phone, Deterrent Failure

Robert Gibbs had a little bit of trouble at the White House Press Briefing today. People's cell phones kept going off. After finally having enough, he confiscated an offending cell phone. Gibbs took it, then through it to someone in a different room in the back. The action did not have its likely indented deterrent effect. Moments later another cell phone went off. Gibbs tried to confiscate that one, but instead of handing it over the reporter answered the call. He then slowly left the room while having his conversation. They guy that answered the phone, he was sitting in the first row.
