Chavez Seizes Two US Owned Gas Facilities

Hugo Chavez (Venezuelan President) sent troops to seize two United States owned gas facilities. This is not the first time Chavez has taken US company property (see Berman Post: Chavez Seizes Cargill Food Plant). This continued nationalization movement at the experience of American companies may be an indication that Obama did not have as much as an impact/effect as he hoped during his meetings with Chavez.
