House Wants a $90M Increase in Members’ Office Budgets For Next Year

The Democratic controlled House wants a $90 million increase in Members’ Office Budgets for the next fiscal year. That represents an almost 15 percent increase. This is an obvious money grab to help keep the incumbents in office. It gives the members public money to use in their reelection campaign. The money represents what almost has to be looked at as an abuse of power.
