Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens Sends Resignation Letter to Obama
The oldest member of the Supreme Court, Justice John Paul Stevens, has sent a letter to Obama announcing his retirement. This will give Obama his second Supreme Court Justice pick (first Sotomayor). Unlike the last hint, we now have a timeline. His retirement will take effect the day after the Supreme Court breaks for summer recess. You can read his short letter here (PDF file).
