Sebelius Admits Admin Has No Clue How Much The High Risk Pools Will Cost

Another surprised to be looking forward to thanks to ObamaCare passing. Though, I will not really be surprised when the cost turns out to be significantly more then we were told; nor should anyone who was paying attention.
