Gibbs, Holder, Napolitano, and Obama have all criticized Arizona's New Immigration Enforcement Law without fully reviewing it. A legal challenge from them and others is almost guaranteed once they do finish. With Illegal immigrants saying they are planning on leaving because of the law, does that mean the supporters can claim victory?
