House Democrats have purposed another $410 billion in spending in a new bill. The bill has thousands of earmarks which account for nearly $4 billion in the bill. $50 million for United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA). The UNFPA participates in forced abortion and sterilizations in China as part of the enforcement of their one child policy. (More at http://www.lifenews.com/int1097.html.)
