MSNBC Responds to Edited False Racial Narrative Video

MSNBC has issued a statement to respond to the criticism of the edited video they aired to 'prove' a false racial narrative (Berman Post: MSNBC Edits Video to 'Prove' False Racial Narrative).

"An MSNBC spokesperson responded to POLITICO: "Contessa was speaking generally and not about that specific person with the automatic weapon.""

Of course she was speaking generally. That is not the point. The point is that a video appears to be edited to obscure the fact the the man holding the rifle was Black. The video they showed actually cut against the argument they were making so they just altered the video. A news network should not change or omit important facts and details to fit it into their story line. They should change the story line as facts warrant.
