Flag@WhiteHouse.gov Shut Down?

The top headline on the Drudge Report right now is "OBAMA PULLS PLUG ON FLAG@WHITEHOUSE.GOV... EMAILS BOUNCE BACK". I have not seen official word from the White House that the email account has been closed, so this could just be a temporary technical issue. If they have not actually shut it down, the White House should.
