Imagine opening up your credit card bill and seeing $23,148,855,308,184,500.00. That is $23.1 Quadrillion. Sadly, Visa did not notice that their customer had spent so much money that they made the American Government look fiscally responsible (a hard feet indeed). They did note a negative balance and tacked on an extra $20 fee.
