Teachers Like This Are The Reason Our School System is Failing

I do not know which is more frighting; the blatant indoctrination of children or the fact that that we are only discovering it because a foreign country was doing a documentary on our election. Transcript of the video is available at http://brianakira.wordpress.com/2008/11/05/dont-let-sick-bastards-like-diantha-harris-abuse-your-children.

  1. Please note that I've updated this post.

Asheville Citizen-Times is desperate to inform readers that Harris left Asheville in 2004 and now teaches in Cumberland County:

    QUOTE

Harris on Thursday [November 6th] said she wasn’t advocating for one candidate over the other ... She said her comments of “Oh lord” and “Oh Jesus” were her way of engaging her students to spur discussion. “I wasn’t necessarily pulling for one person or the other,” she said in a telephone interview from her home in Fayetteville. “If I was pulling for just one person then I would have never said the other person’s name.” She said her comment to the child whose father was in the military was not meant to change the child’s mind about supporting McCain.

    UNQUOTE

    Cumberland County, North Carolina

    School System Central Office/Superintendent:

910-678-2300 [Ask for Human Resources and for Harris’s supervisor]

If anyone knows anybody at the the following military facilities in Cumberland County, please let them know about this video:

    Fort Bragg [82nd Airborne etc]
    Pope Air Force Base
    Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Cumberland
    Womack Army Hospital

  2. Ok you know me well I have a problem with this. This is not well for teacher's to are never ever supposed to this. She was seriously pushing Barack Barack and the "Oh Jesus" was hilarious. This is why schools are failing politics have no place in the classroom unless it is a college class.
