Tax Cuts For Who -> Down to $120,000?

Obama promised tax cuts for people making less then $250,000 for most of this campaign. Recently, that number may have dropped. Now it seems it is $200,000 according to Obama. Biden said it that it was $150,000. According to Richardson, it may be $120,000.

How low will it go? Are these just mistakes or examples of people that make less then $250,000? We may find out every shortly. The trend, if one exists, is downward.
