Distance-to-Discount Ratio

How far would you travel for what percentage discount? I wonder what the outcome of a statistical analysis would be on the economics of people's choice. That is, when you factor in the extra time and travel expensive if it would have been cheaper better financially for the person to have just stayed at work for the travel time and bought the non-discounted product. For some of the larger discounts you figure it may even be cheaper to hire someone to drive there and back for you.
