Tom Perriello (D) - "If You Don't Tie Our Hands, We Will Keep Stealing"

Anyone have a length of rope or a pair of hand cuffs? Given the insane level of spending under our last president (Bush), and how the current president (Obama) is making that previous level of spending look fiscally responsible, we should listen to Perriello and redouble our efforts to tie politicians hand's in a proverbially sense.
