Khalid Sheikh Mohammed is being brought to NYC to be tried for the 9/11 attacks. One thing is for sure, it is going to be interesting, and that 'interesting' is probobly going to translate into a mistake to not have had a military tribunal instead. Just wait for the motion to change venues (though the argument will be made that he can not get a fair trial anywhere), suppression of evidence (can someone way 'waterboarded', coerced confessions...), and force undercover CIA agents to reveal themselves and their classified intelligence gathering methods for cross examination. This trial is sure to set some interesting presidents and bring up legal issues not considered before. Also, just when you think it is all over, that is when the appeal process begins.
