Newly uncovered video of Obama speaking back in 2007 shows him saying that health care reform will cost a significant amount of additional money which would require higher taxes. Further that savings are in theory, and even suggests the doctors may be stiffed by the system. It is possible that a different plan may get around these problems, but most are skeptical. Someone should ask him what has changed between then and now.
