Phillies Fan Tased on The Field

You can see in the clip that he is running around being disruptive, but does not appear to be threatening anyone. Excessive force?

    The alternative was that he be chased and wrestled to the ground.
    This was the better way.
    He shouldn't have been on the field.
    Being that he's an adult, he knew the risks.
    He made his own bed.
