Another Kagan Diversity Problem

The first Kagan diversity 'problem' was that her confirmation would mean all of the Supreme Court Justices would have attended either Harvard or Yale. Now someone points out that if confirmed all three females on the court will both be from NYC and be former summer associates at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison.

Just to be clear, in case it has not already been made clear in past posts on this 'bean counting', I believe that the best qualified should get the job. It is just interesting to see what the diversity bean counters think is worthy of counting.

"If Elena Kagan is confirmed, all three of the Supreme Court's female Justices will be from New York city. A reader adds that all three will also be former summer associates at the New York city law firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison."
