With an accuser coming forward instead of anonymous accusations, this becomes a serious story. In a nut shell, she a accuses Cain of using his position of power to try to course her into giving him sexual favors, ultimately backing off when rebuffed. Cain has denied the accusation. These 'he said, she said' incidents are notoriously hard to prove or disprove, and fair or not this could have a drag on his campaign.
