Obama's Memorial Speech For Tucson (Arizona) Shooting Featured "Applause" Instruction?

The reason for the '?' is because some people have commented that it might have actually been closed-captioning. Even if not, it still does not mean that Obama knew about it let alone had anything to do with it.
