Contactify.com offers you a simple way to allow other people to get in touch with you without the need to reveal your email address. After signing up for a free account, you are given a special link. You can put the link anywhere you want. When someone clicks on the link they are taken to a contact form. They can then fill out the form and it will be sent to the email address you use. You are allowed to set up as many as you want, should you want more then one.
