A bit anti-climatic after hyping a game changing October surprise. Still, it will make for a few headlines and help as a solid counter to claims that Romney is a secretive candidate. After all, Obama is being offered $5 Million to throw to a charity for releasing a few of his hidden records; people might ask what is so bad in Obama's transcript and passport records that he would rather keep them secret then give some charity a $5 Million dollar boost.
