Treaded Skateboard
This is just a concept right now, and is unlikely to make the jump to viable product. It is something that looks a lot better on paper then it would be in real life. I would not be surprised though if a few people out there decided to try and make their own home made versions.

In such a case, the skateboard can only be made on paper but never in real life. Because it is not possible to create a skateboard in this style. However, in many quite, Skateboard is available at current online stores.
