Deadly Attacks in Norway. Is Terrorism The Price the West Must Pay For Its Freedoms?

Yes, and it is a price worth paying. That does not mean we should not do whatever we can to minimize it, but the simple truth is that freedom to choose means some people will choose wrong. The alternative of taking away choice from everyone would be far worse.
