Obama Bowed to Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao?

We all know that pictures can be misleading, but Obama appears to be bowing to Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao. I have not been able to find a video of the exchange yet, and the picture is not conclusive enough for a final answer. For now I will have to label it a 'maybe bowed'.
