Idaho is the first state to sign into law a requirement for their attorney general to challenge the health care bill on constitutional grounds if it passes. While they are the first to pass the law, they are not alone with many other states heading in the same direction and some just announcing they will challenge it without the need for the law. The law itself may be struck down, but that would not stop the states attorney general to file suit anyways.

"Idaho's governor is the first state chief executive to sign a measure requiring his attorney general to sue the federal government if the U.S. Congress passes health care reform.
Legal experts say the measure, signed by Gov. C.L. "Butch" Otter on Wednesday, will likely be struck down. But Idaho's new law reflects growing frustration with President Barack Obama's health-care proposal.
Legislation similar to Idaho's is pending in as many as 37 other states nationwide.

Last week, Virginia legislators passed a measure similar to Idaho's new law, but Otter was the first state chief executive to sign such a bill, according the American Legislative Exchange Council, which created model legislation for Idaho and other states. Matheson (D) to Vote no on HealthCare Bill
Representative Matheson (D) announced that he is a no vote on HealthCare bill. While this is important given the razor thin vote count, there is another reason this is newsworthy. Recently his brother was nominated by Obama to the Appeals Court, a move for which Bachmann called for investigation in over fears that some sort of deal was made. Matheson voting no seems to cut against the fear that their was a deal.

"Holding to form, Rep. Jim Matheson, D-Utah, announced Saturday that he would oppose his party's health reform bill, just like he did when the House version came up for a vote late last year.
Matheson, a conservative Democrat and leader of the Blue Dog caucus, said he is convinced the massive $940 billion bill would "leave our nation worse off.""

Truck Driver Pushing a Car Down The Highway
It is hard to tell exactly what is going on here. A truck is pushing a car down the highway at high speed sideways. It is hard to imagine that the driver would not notice something was wrong even if they did not notice that the incident that led to the peculiar situation (also hard to believe). That makes me think that it is on purpose, which would be stupid beyond belief. Does that mean this is either some sort of commercial or part of a movie?

House Getting Nearly 100,000 Calls an Hour
If you are having trouble getting through to your congressman to voice your opinion on the healthcare vote slated to take place tomorrow there is good reason. The House system, which is designed to handle 50,000 calls, is receiving almost 100,000. Do not be discouraged from continuing to call; just note the busy signal is not because you are being blocked (hopefully) but because so many others are trying to do the same. Wait a few minutes, and then try again.

"Calls to the House numbered close to 100,000 an hour, creating a bottleneck in a phone system only meant to handle 50,000 calls an hour. The chamber has been similarly overloaded for four consecutive days, beginning on Tuesday when radio host Rush Limbaugh told viewers to call the Capitol switchboard phone number."
