Carney - 'Biden Was Talking About Obama, Himself, And The White House, But Not The Entire Administration' in VP Debate Benghazi Comment

It is not so clear that is what he was going. Indeed it seemed pretty clear he was referring to the administration. He stepped in it big here.

    His statement is so bazaar that it is really hard to know what to say. He must be under a lot of stress to come up with nonsense like this.
